My name is Rodrigo Rodríguez and I’m the author of this website. I studied Sociology and Social Communication in Universidad Centroamericana (UCA).

This is me.

For the past 8 years I’ve been working in strategic digital communication, journalism innovation, cultural project management and collaboration-based initiatives mainly; as a freelance consultant and long term associate.

I am highly involved in FLOSS local communities, bicycle activism and participatory technologies including Creative Commons, WordPress and OpenStreetMap, in which I’ve been serving as a Team Leader for Nicaragua’s OpenStreetMap local chapter for the last 4 years. Spokesman and organizer for global and local conferences related to Digital Media, Activism and Free Culture, among others.

Co-Founder of Co-Labora, a coworking community in Managua-Nicaragua, oriented to support emerging innovative projects that embrace positive change in our community.
